Hello 21st Century Musicians! I am happy to announce that I am reforming a saxophone orchestra I had while living in NYC many years back; 12 saxophones (bass to soprano), including 1 bass guitar, and 1 or 2 drum kits. See attached document for more detailed information regarding this ensemble. The score I uploaded is the most difficult score we will play. Although I compose key-less, pantonal music, most of my material is far easier to read. Must be excellent readers with a great ear. Other than some graphic scores for structured (free) improvisation, material is through-composed and fully notated. This ensemble will begin rehearsals in April in Ypsilanti. Currently, a June 24th concert @ Trinosophes, Detroit is secured to perform Terry Riley's IN C. Thank-you in advance for your creative interest! Sincerely, Benjamin
