We have been in the business of restoring residential and commercial properties to their former glory. ----The Position--- The Restoration Lead Technician is primarily responsible for coordinating with the field team to successfully follow the scope of work for one or more projects at a time. ----Job Duties----- 1:Cleaning up and mitigation of water and mold in residential and commercial properties 2:Oversee and able to cut drywall, remove drywall, baseboards, flooring, and remove trash 3:Ability to sketch a property 4:Responsible for notifying General Manager when there is a risk of the project not meeting the schedule 5:Ability to lead a crew on the Jobsite 6:Ability to take pictures of the job site and get the scope of work 7:Responsible for following directions from Management regarding each job 8:Knowledge of water damage and mold remediation clean up 9:Work with crew members to resolve problems as discovered 10:Create and maintain job site inventories If a responsibility or task needs to be completed, fill in as needed depending on the priority
