Cute foster cat looking for a new home

I found Mr. Snuggles (aka "Snugs") outside a shopping center on a busy road. I decided to rescue him and be his foster parent. Snugs is 3.5 to 4 years old he weighs 11 pounds. He is a male tabby cat. Snugs is super cute, but he's also a bit of a trouble maker. He has a lot of energy and I think he would do best with another cat (he needs a play buddy). An ideal home would be with an experienced cat owner that has one other cat!
