Call Center/Telemarketing Dialer Supervisor Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you a quick thinker? Are you able to analyze a situation and make decisions quickly? If you answered yes then this is the job for you!!! We are Easy Rest Adjustable Sleeps Systems, a national direct in-home sales company. We are currently looking for a Call center/telemarketing dialer supervisor to run our computer dialing system. Dialer experience would helpful but NOT REQUIRED. Training is paid and at our corporate location in Baltimore. Requirements: -Basic computer skills -Professional Attitude & Attire -Ability to work in fast paced environment -Able to analyze and make decisions quickly. -Memorize zip codes/area codes for different parts of the country -Ability to manage other employees -Self-motivated -Able to work with mapping programs The company offers PTO and Sick leave, Health, Vision and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance and a company match 401k plan Pay is based on experience $20-25 hour plus overtime please email resume for consideration
