Looking for small puppy

We are looking for a small breed companion puppy (Pomeranian, chihuahua, papillon, etc), preferably something that will stay under 10lbs. Willing to pay a small rehoming fee, but nothing crazy since we will definitely be spending a lot on vaccines, vet care, accessories, etc. We would prefer someone rehoming and not straight from a breeder if possible. Thank you!
