Guitarist/bassist looking to start Americana/dad rock project

I’m a fortysomething guitarist with a love of all musics looking to start a new project based on Americana or dad rock or power pop. My favorite bands/artists are Wilco, Jason Isbell, Neil Finn, Big Star, Nick Lowe, Squeeze et al. I’m open to a lot of other ideas; I grew up in the area and just moved back with my family so I’m looking to get back in with the music community in NEPA.
