This is an On-Line Washington State Housing Finance Commission Sponsored class. In this class you will learn, from professionals, the lending and buying process from A to Z. This class is required to qualify for down payment assistance, and Yes, you can buy and get help! Even if you don't need to use assistance this is perfect for your first-time buy or even a refresher for those homeowners that are wanting to sell and buy another home! It is a 5 hour mandatory class and we will have lunch and break times. You must have your video camera on and be present at all times to earn your certificate.
