Jim Huston's Brainstorming Meetings - 35 Years in the MakingIf you have ever attended one of Jim’s Brainstorming meetings then you understand how invaluable the experience can be. Consider the opportunity to participate in round-table style discussions with other Green Industry business owners regarding critical industry topics including field and office technologies, efficiencies and labor approaches, marketing and social media strategies, business growth and exit plans, and more. Brainstorming Meeting attendees will have the unique chance to network with over 20 companies from across the country who aren’t their competitors. Main Event information:Thursday: Coffee + meet & great from 8:00 – 9:00 AM. The meetings will start at 9:00 AM. Lunch is included both Thursday & Friday. Meetings will wrap up around 4:30 PM. Agenda will be sent out prior to the event to all attendees. Dinner on your own. We would be happy to help facilitate reservations or groups if you would like. Please let us know ahead of time. Saturday: The last day of the meeting begins at 9:00 AM and wraps up around noon, leaving you an afternoon to ski, dine, and have some fun on your own. We will recap the prior two days and anything you'd like to dive into further before wrapping up. Discussions to include: Labor, culture building, staff training, hiring, performance pay, bonuses, HR, growing your company, your internal team, external team, measuring what's important, implementing systems, pursuing growth, using technology to your advantage, and more.
