On New Year's Day, from 11am-1pm, you are invited to a special gathering to bow to the year ending and to welcome the new one with ease, clarity, and intention. Ritual and intention are a powerful way to ceremonially define endings and create new beginnings. We will use herbs and incense to create a sacred container for our full moon intentions. We will discuss traditional rituals for good luck, prosperity and health in the new year. Asana will invoke the elemental nature of our bodies and connect us with our breath and our purpose. Meditation will be guided as well as silent and infused with the magical sounds of singing bowls, chimes, bells, and gongs. $30 in advance $40 at the door Bring a journal, pen, and a small candle.
