ISR Matrix CAT - Self Defense for Women / 4-week series When: Tuesdays in January Dates: January 10, 17, 24 & 31, 2023 Learn tested and proven strategies and defensive tactics taught by experienced and veteran law enforcement professionals. Become better aware and informed of all you can personally do to become a much harder target and not be profiled by criminal predators. Invest in self-defense and personal protection for yourself and those you care for and love. Participants will be progressively introduced to the key elements and fundamentals of self-defense in both a fun and functional fitness driven system specifically designed to truly empower women to feel safe, aware and better prepared to face potential threats in their day to day lives. Participants will also be introduced to both less than lethal and lethal tools and weapons as well as their legalities and defensibility.
