Lead guitar drummer wanted

I am missing a finger on my left hand which I use on the Losing the finger before ever picking up a guitar has been both a hindrance and an asset. I am obviously chord challenged but it's forced me to write and play nothing but my original material. I had a couple bands formed way back when supporting my songs and vocals. Besides music I am an avid motorcyclist and run a small business. I am looking for OLDER player, lead guitar and drums to help me polish some material and be involved in producing. I am not interested in learning any covers, playing street fairs dive bar etc. If practice to you means beer/ booze, bud and drugs I am the wrong guy to contact. Have nothing against it, did more than enough in the past and have moved on. Favorite guitarist Randy Rhodes Favorite guitar solo, Mr. Crowley A few of my favorite vocalist Freddie Mercury, Roger Daltrey, Chris Cornell, Ozzy, and no I am not in their league. Favorite drummers Neil Pert, Keith Moon, John Bonham. Favorite bassist, the one and only GL I am not interested in sending music back and forth and looking for players who are dedicated and live close enough they can show up once or twice a week. My music is very rhythmic and looking for a drummer who wants to be VERY UP FRONT. A lead guitarist who can do short burst of genius who can work with my material.
