Hi I’m looking to move by January 1st or even sooner. Is there any landlords that will let me move in with the rent money and slowly pay off the security deposit or will you accept deposit help from any agency!? Which they will write out a check or deposit it to you. I’m a single mother of one child and have long term disability (getting since I was a child) and I also work part time at Amazon. Rent will always be paid on time, I don’t have any pets nor plans to have any. I don’t have much of a rental background due to living with friends or family. And now that I have a child that’s not the life I want to give for my child. So im really hoping to hear back from someone! Thank you in advance, and hope you had a wonderful Christmas!
