Looking for an experienced roofing crew to help with getting jobs caught up and completed in the Columbia/Jefferson City area. Pay is based on experience, starting with a base per square price and other facets of each job added (i.e. Pitch of roof, new ventilation being added per vent or per foot for ridge vent, chimney flashing, etc.) We are an established roofing company that has been around for over 20 years. We have a goose neck dump trailer available if you do not currently have one. Your own Insurance Policy will get you paid top tier of the current going rate, but is not necessary initially but will be required and we will help you get the proper Insurance Policies needed. Now is the perfect time to make your own career path if you are tired of working for others day in and day out. Trucks are available as well for purchase if you do not own a Heavy Duty truck with a Gooseneck hitch, we can work the truck and trailer situation in with the jobs. However, the experience must be there as well as the ability to do 30 squares at a minimum daily. I have seen crews with 3 men do the same amount of work as crews with 8 men. Jobs are readily available and pay will be discussed in person. Photo ID required, as well as W-9's and Subcontractor agreements. Selling opportunities are available as well.
