LOCATION: The Bebop ABOUT THE EVENT: The BYOB Holiday Lights Trolley is an event produced by Events with BeneFitz. This is the 5th year for this event in Boston. Please find all the details for the Boston event here: RESPONSIBILITIES: The Tour Guide & Event Coordinator is responsible for facilitating our events while ensuring the highest quality experience for our customers. This includes check-in, keeping the set itinerary, and working collaboratively with your manager, the restaurant, and the trolley drivers. The ticket includes staff to guide the tour, so the event coordinator is not only responsible for the logistical side of the event, but will act as a tour guide for the 4 hour trolley tour as well. Tour Guides will be responsible for sharing talking points on the tour, and creating a fun and engaging tour environment for their customers. What our TOUR GUIDES & EVENT COORDINATORS do: *Act as the face of Events with BeneFitz *Engage all customers while maintaining full control of the event from logistics to safety *Maintain the set schedule and itinerary of each trip *Account for every detail and see to it that each event runs seamlessly *Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service Requirements: *Trolleys will be departing from the Bebop 1116 Boylston St Boston. Must be able to get to this location. *Demonstrated leadership experience *Ability to be "on" for the full 6 hour shift *Dynamic and engaging personality *Great public speaking skills *Highly organized with good time management skills *Strong problem solving ability *Passion for events, people and fun!
