Handyman needed to paint and do miscellaneous repairs at single family cement block rental home in central Holly Hill. Miscellaneous light carpentry repairs and painting needed. Would make detailed written estimate and would pay in full in cash for the completed job. The handyman could take whatever reasonable time to finish. Handyman would need to supply their own tools.
