Description
Please... I am not interested in hearing about how much concrete experience, or any other random construction skill you have, or that you are a remodeling contractor or whatever. Not what I am looking for.
Here is what am looking for in order of priority:
• Self motivated, integrity, excellent follow-up, with good communication skills.
• Someone who will do an honest week of work, in exchange for an honest week of pay, and wants an opportunity that can grow into something bigger and better, -- but only if you are looking to go all-in.
• Work 100 percent in the field, at the properties (this is not a desk job).
• Have your phone on during work time. Keep it charged. Answer it.
• Know how to use a phone and computer, to do super basic phone and computer stuff like email, pictures, printing and scanning.
• Owners eyes and ears, note issues, address issues. Work towards solutions. Close cases.
• Daily upkeep of grounds and common areas, collecting litter, keeping trash areas clean, cleaning and vacuuming of halls and laundry rooms.
• Yard care, mowing, trimming during spring/summer/fall.
• Winter salting and shoveling of walkways in winter.
• Gather rent from collection boxes, post notices made by owner, collect company mail.
• Handle any of the lighter maintenance and repairs yourself.
• Coordinate unit turn overs and project manage larger projects with vendors and other workers.
• Mostly a Monday through Friday, day job, with occasional need for weekends or nights.
Please reply with you name, number and resume, or at least a couple of sentences on why this opportunity sounds good to you.
