Just wanted to say thank you so much for your kind assistance this past Friday afternoon, during the American Airlines Debacle I’d realized early on, in my 3 hour adventure, that the AA personnel were way over-extended in attempting to manage the holiday traffic while being dramatically understaffed And I know you noticed my frustration with their staff, when ‘bit back’ at one of the handlers Thank you for your graciousness in going out of your way to help ease our pain Many blessings upon you dear lady Cheers!
