Description
Hello there....I saw a racoon high up in an oak tree in front of my house at 2424 Oakland Blvd N.W. about a half hour before the sun came up. He was trying to climb down but got stuck. He stayed frozen scared to move it seemed until traffic came by and he turned around and went up high. So now he has been in the same spot since then and he is making crying sounds every now and then??? Poor thing is going to freeze to death or starve if it doesn't get some help?!!!?
