Skilled drummer needed for Festival Gigs

I have a jam / Funk band that headlines and performs at a handful of festivals in the Philadelphia area, as well as several in California and I'm looking for a skilled and experienced drummer that is looking for a band to work with long term. I am not interested in session players, or drummers that are already committed to other projects. I'm looking for someone who is looking to develop a creative relationship with me and my musicians, who will make $200+ a gig headlining festivals, and shows in 2023 and is willing to get together once a week to rehearse and jam.
