We are looking to hire a real estate property manager to work 2-5 days per week. Duties will include -
-Fielding tenant requests and relaying to management
-Meeting service providers on site
-Doing light repairs (dry wall, paint)
-Picking up supplies from Home Depot and delivering to properties
-Managing keys, distributing to tenants at move-in, collecting at move-out
-Walking properties to make sure all is operating smoothly
-Ad hoc projects
