Hey there! Due to my new work schedule having me be gone from 7a-8p 5 days a week, I feel it’s unfair for me to keep my 3 year old cockatiel Simon at home and him be lonely & not get enough attention. He’s very sweet but shy, he sings and talks back to you once he’s comfortable, especially if you’re tryna sleep in & he wants you to wake up! He also likes soft quiet type music! He is unfortunately not tame! I haven’t given him adequate attention & time to tame him like I wanted to! I’m sure if you spend a few hours every day, he’ll warm up to you & perch on your hand! He used to not want to have anyone near him, but I got him to be okay with me being up close to him in his cage to blow kisses at him. He used to be a breeder bird, so I think he’s missing his girlfriend. I would prefer to him to go to a very experienced bird home, whether as a solo bird or with other birds for him to have stimulation & bring him out of his shell. I’m asking $300 for him & his cage/supplies! Although if you want just Simon, I’ll take $200 for just him! I’m willing to meet you for pickup or I can deliver him to you!
