At the end of this year, we will host a world wide Zen & Meditation Event.
We will reflect on this year, be present in the now, and see your future self in 2023.
A Japanese Zen monk will introduce the basic Zen concept and
experience of Zazen (Zen style meditation).
We will then have a guided Compassion meditation for loving yourself, your loved ones
and others.
Lastly, we will finish with a Goal meditation to expand yourself into the universe and
see yourself to set your goal in 2023.
There is much to be gained through Zen and Japanese style meditation.
All levels of meditation practitioners are welcomed!
