I was a residential building, remodeling and repairs contractor for 38 years in MetroWest. I don't go up on ladders higher or bigger than a 6' step ladder. So, limited on exterior higher up repairs. But I have a friend from Maynard who is well experienced that does! So my experience is too numerous to list here but I am a skilled "master carpenter" first and formost. You can ask me anything you wish and I can respond with yes I can or no I can't. I also have extensive experience dealing with pests, floods, smoke & fire damage, ice dams and mold remediation in the basement, in the attic, in garages and out buildings. I am still licensed as a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor up to 35,000 square foot buildings. I have managed hundreds of residential and light commercial projects in my 38 years in business. I am very prompt, neat, clean, professional, and I do the "JOB RIGHT" the "FIRST TIME" or not at all. Hanging all kinds of things on the walls is a specialty including works of art, pictures, curtains blinds and so much more! I drive a reliable, GMC Sierra 1500 pick up truck loaded with tools and equipment. I can actually set up a basic woodworking shop in your garage to do a job if necessary. Do you need a kitchen cabinet "TUNE-UP?" I replace damaged hinges, repair lazy susans that don't turn, drawers that do't go in and out correctly and more. Need your garage organized?
