We are real estate investment company looking for several quality, experienced and reliable home renovation crews and several roofing crews. Must be able to travel out of state. Must have your own vehicles, trailers and tools. Renovation crews must be able to perform all trades. Demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, flooring, trim, doors/windows, cabinets, siding, etc. We are looking for crews who work fast and provide quality work. 2-3 weeks turn around time for homes 1000-1500 sq feet. Roofing crews must be able to complete several roofs per week. Shingles, ridge vent and drip edge installation. Start work tomorrow! Pay daily for successfully completely roof jobs. Weekly draws for renovation crews. Photos of all work required.
