On THURSDAY DECEMBER 29, we will be holding a four-hour jury focus group on Zoom from 5:45pm to 9:45pm Eastern. This is a mock jury where people will give their opinions of a real civil case. The pay is $100 which you will be paid via PayPal at the end of the session. If we are able to accept you as an attendee, we will respond with a confirmation, a link to the Zoom meeting, and by separate e-mail a link to a Confidentiality Agreement. Due to the number of applications, we are not able to respond to those that we cannot accept. The following rules apply. If you are unable to meet these requirements during the session, you will be removed: 1. You must be able to commit to be present during the entire four hours. 2. You must keep your camera on. 3. During the session, you must sit in a quiet place free of distractions with good lighting and a stable internet connection. Connections via a cell phone is not sufficient. 4. You must sign a Confidentiality Agreement and agree to be recorded (the recording is for trial preparation purposes and will not be published or broadcasted). 5.
