If you have a warrant and it's pertaining in any way to a drug or alcohol related offense....pay attention. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU TELL AN ATTORNEY. He / she is primarily an officer of the court and their first obligation is to the court. That means you cannot lie to protect yourself or he is obligated to tell the court you're lying.
