250+ unit condominum seeking licensed indpendent contractor for 8-20 hours weekly, flexible hours possibly 5 days. Pay in range of $20-$25 based on skills. Requires light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall experience, spot irrigation checks., miscellaneous duties. Work with administrative assistant/property manager for work orders. Basic repairs & maintenance tasks such as replace light bulbs, sensors, blow off stairways, pool deck, tennis courts. Monitor garbage dumpsters & recyclables to prevent overflow, patrol grounds for trash. Requires professional presentation & attitude, good interpersonal skills, self starter.
