We are the third-party assembly company for big box stores in your area. We work inside the store in order to build out their merchandise. An Assembly Technician is responsible for putting together parts or pieces, adhering to instructions, and verifying the quality of the completed items assembled. We cater to large national chains, assembling mostly grills as well as other products like bikes, wheelbarrows, furniture, mowers, cabinets, etc. A solid skill set with tools is a must You must also own your own set of tools (no exceptions) This job requires a positive attitude This is not a factory position This is an Independent Contractor position. High-energy, fast-paced individuals or teams are most successful. This position offers the freedom of working on your own, so we are looking for self-motivators who can treat and grow the business like their own. The faster and more accurately you work, the more money you make. Previous experience is great, but if you are handy with tools and capable of learning quickly, we have a job for you. COMPENSATION • We pay every week on Friday! Piece Pay EMPLOYMENT TYPE • Contract POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must be 18 years of age or older • Reliable transportation is a MUST - Will accept teams and experienced assemblers • Local positions are available, but if you are flexible and can travel more work is available • Heavy lifting is required (up to 80lbs repeatedly and daily) • Previous product assembly experience is helpful but not required PERSONAL TOOL REQUIREMENTS: • Cordless Impact Drill Gun (with at least 2 batteries) • Assorted Bits and Adapters for Drill Gun • Basic Hand Tools • Smart Phone or Smart Device with WiFi or Mobile Internet • 2 Caution Cones AVAILABILITY • Full-time • Weekends
