Join us for an immersive vision board workshop - you'll be sipping a warm cup of cacao with guided meditation, sound and journaling to create a Heart & Soul aligned vision board. We will begin with a cacao circle, where we will drink a warm cup of ceremonial grade cacao; a gentle plant medicine that works with the heart's energy and will open us to receive from a space of love. From this place of alignment with our hearts, we will relax into a guided visualization meditation facilitated by Emily Kloss and accompanied by the healing vibrations of sacred sound healing instruments facilitated by Lesley Turski. We will allow some time after the meditative journey for journaling before moving into creating a vision board that will help you stay inspired, motivated, and setting your heart & soul aligned goals all year long. What to Bring: Items for your comfort while sitting and laying down during the event. Items such as a cushioned yoga mat, pillow/bolster, blanket, and anything else you may need to feel cozy. Bottled water Journal and pen/pencil Comfortable clothes Laptop or tablet if you would like to create a digital vision board We will provide all the materials needed if you prefer to make an analog vision board including poster board, scissors, glue, tape, magazines - feel free to bring anything of your own. What is a vision board? A vision board is a collage of images, words, positive affirmations, and symbols that represent your goals and aspirations. When created with heart-aligned intentions and placed in a visible space, it can be a powerful reminder of what you want to manifest in your life. About Cacao: Ceremonial Cacao is essentially chocolate in its raw, purest form, cacao is derived from cacao beans that come from the Theobroma cacao fruit tree.
