First Time Home Buyers (include people who have not owned a home in the last three years!! ) Income qualifications do apply. Come see how you might be able to obtain this special benefit of down payment assistant in ALL of Colorado. This program is open to more than 90 eligible occupations from Nurses to EMT's, Chiropractors, Firefighters, K-12 Educators, Dental Assistants, Pharmacy Techs and SO many more. All participants will receive $1k Lender Credit and $500 Realtor Credit. Doors open at 5:30pm- Event starts at 6pm Food will be served to all guests.
