Hey sis, so you know how this time of the year we start prepping for the new year, coming up with our goals, and plans, and identifying our areas of growth? We set these awesome goals to be better and to do life differently and for whatever reason, time passes and at this same time of the year we reflect and realize “wow, I did not get that many goals accomplished as I had hoped within this last year.” Listen, you are not alone, so let’s talk about it and work through it together! I want to invite you to an open safe space to freely talk about some of the barriers that get in the way of getting to the next level. This Wellness Reset event will allow us, sisters, to come together to discuss and process ways to be great in our own individual way. The reality that we all know is these last two years have been a lot and we survived! That tells me that we still have purpose and I believe we are on the horizon of something great if we properly steward the moment! I want to provide you with some tips and information that could aid in making this new year the best yet. I am passionate about helping others to overcome obstacles and empowering them to regain or build a life worth enjoying. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia and I have been working in the mental health field for over nine years.
