Self-Discovery Yoga: 6 Week Series ✨I am so glad you're here! Below are need to know details before purchasing your ticket! 🚨 SCHEDULE: 1/11/23: Wednesday 1/19/23: Thursday 1/26/23: Thursday 2/2/23: Thursday 2/9/23: Thursday 2/15/23: Wednesday *each session runs from 6:30pm-8:30pm (doors open at 6:15pm) This 6 week series is limited to 6 participants . This will be an intimate and cozy space to facilitate sharing, cultivating sisterhood and to allow for hands on guidance. Sessions will be held in the gorgeous space at the Leo-Cedarville Town Park building. This is about 5-8 minutes from I-69 Dupont Exit. 🎟 Tickets Pay in full and receive $28 off the original ticket price!Payment Plan: pay your enrollment in 2 installments. Your first payment being $125 due at registration and your second payment of $125 will be invoiced to you 1 week prior to the start date (1/5/23) and is due 4 days after invoice date.*all tickets are non refundable and non transferrable. They cannot be transferred to another program. 👋 Important info This series is best experienced in it's entirety as each session builds off of the last. I want this to be an amazing experience for you and in order for you to get the full benefit, it is recommended that you are able to make every session during the 6 weeks. Please bring a mat and water bottle to each session. 🧘‍♀️ Meet your facilitator: Laura Eck Hey beautiful woman! 💃 I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a speciality in Self-Discovery and Self-Compassion. I have coached over 1,000 clients and over 20 women in the Self Discovery Yoga Series . I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor and Registered Nurse. Without all these labels, I am someone who has a passion for helping other women get to know, love and be themselves. I am a nature lover, an adventurer, a momma and someone who desires connection to self and others. I can't wait to guide you through this beautiful, transformational practice!
