Gyms can be intimidating! So can working out on your own if you’ve never tried. Come join me for a free group workout at Hunter hobby park. We’re going to be doing all body weight exercises, which means no equipment just you so literally anyone at any stage of their fitness journey can come join and get a good workout in. We’re gonna warm and cool down and it’s going to last about an hour.
