(LIMITED SEATING) The Chef Series is a dope night of EATING, educational and experiential pop up cooking presentations designed to share The Nest: Tambien's unique approach to brunch dining. The first event in this series will be on Friday, November 18, at the Nest: Tambien located at 16916 Bellflower Blvd Bellflower, CA 90706 with doors opening at 6:00 pm for ELVTD Experience ticket holders. This unique series of event nights will be celebrating our food menu through a 6-course prix fixe menu paired with 5 exclusive Chef Series cocktails and adult beverages. Imagine our confit chicken chilaquiles smothered in a delicious, smoky, pasilla-guajillo-chile sauce paired with a craft hibiscus syrup infused mimosa as a compliment. You will love this! The Chef Series is a new way to showcase some of the favorite dishes from our unique menu, and introduce you to continuous new offerings that are yet-to-be released. Attendees will be treated to an opportunity to experience our top selling dishes like never before! Not only will you be tasting and drinking great food and beverage options, but you will be treated to a night of education about our farm-fresh and house made ingredients. You will also hear directly from the owner and brainchild behind Tambiéns identity. His captivating way of explaining the origin stories of our dishes is truly enticing, making each offering all the more enjoyable. You will leave with an understanding of our trustworthy food like never before. There will also be music and spoken word poetry to diversify your experience, not to mention the opportunity to gather as a community around the expression of food and drink. Our first Chef Series will highlight Chef Rose Molina. Rose is a talented, young chef who has roots in the community, yet has traveled abroad developing her culinary mettle. She has spent time in both New York and Mexico helping to open restaurants and learning the diverse skillset that she brings to life at The Nest: También. She will serve as your instructional tour guide of sorts as we take you on a food and beverage journey, giving insight from behind the scenes about this delicious specialized menu.
