It's also the name of a new film by Kolohe Andino and Stagnant Ambition. Shot over three months late this year in El Salvador, Mexico, and So Cal by Ethan Davis and Jacob Vanderwork, Allen Hazardous Waste Collection Center is film on Kolohe by Kolohe, showcasing his surfing and that of friends Brodi Sale, Griffin Colapinto, and Taj Linblad, and creatively depicting his frustrations with where surfing is undoubtedly headed: the Allen Hazardous Waste Collection Center.
