We are seeking an energetic, organized, personable, and detail-oriented person for our office to join our Vacation Rental Property Management Company and Real Estate Company.
Front desk operations
Welcome clients and visitors to the office and assist them as needed. Answer phones, take and deliver phone messages, coordinate and schedule vendor maintenance and follow up, clean and tidy public office spaces such as break areas/maintain supplies. Coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations always run smoothly.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Perform various clerical tasks as needed (file papers, organize supplies, etc.) Manage, sort, and dispense incoming mail and packages, process outgoing mail, take meeting notes and transcribe into email, documents or spreadsheets format, maintain an organized workspace at all times
Assist in vacation rental turnover-Check in/Checkout, inspect and prepare for rental arrivals, inspect and finalize rental departure.
Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe experience using office machinery (printer, copier, phone systems etc.) Excellent customer service skills, organized and detail-oriented, outstanding communicator in spoken and written, preferably bilingual in German.
Must have Driver’s license, DMV background will be performed.
