During the workshop they will guide you on a moving meditation to help you remove blockages to communication. You will then be led on a spiritual/shamanic journey to invite an introduction. They will also talk about what to do next and how to continue the conversation so you can embrace a more divinely guided life. There are many beings in the “spiritual realm” that are here to help guide and protect us. The popular names for them are Guardian Angels, Archangels, Ascended Masters, Gaia, Spirit Animals, Ancestors, etc. What you call them is not important, however, connecting to them is very important. We are not alone. We do not have to suffer emotionally, be depressed, feel hopeless, live in lack, feel overwhelmed, etc. We have all the help we need, if we just learn to embrace our spiritual power.
