Property Zeus is a very well-established Day Porter/Pressure Washing company and has been serving clients in the DFW Metroplex for over 10 years. Our company currently has an immediate opening for a roving day porter to clean the exterior grounds of shopping centers located in: - Rowlett - Garland - N Dallas - Flowermound - Grapevine - Mansfield - Arlington. You can choose the amount of hours you would like to work per week, so you can choose to clean 1 shopping center or 3-4 shopping centers, whichever you are comfortable with! Hours: Range from 2-4 hours per center. Days: Must be available to clean every day of the week, some shopping centers require 1 day, 3 days per week and some require everyday depending on the center you are assigned too. Pay Rate: $15-$17 per hour + $40 every 2 weeks gas compensation! Position – Day Porter/Independent Contractor – SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, PLEASE On-the-job training will be provided. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Walk exterior grounds and common areas removing litter and debris from parking lots, landscape areas, sidewalks, plus, empty all trash cans. • Use leaf blower to clear parking lot and sidewalks of leaves and litter. • Wipe down common area trash can lids as needed • Perform other tasks as might be assigned during the day • Cannot be afraid of getting dirty and handling garbage and cleaning dumpster enclosures. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: • Candidate with grounds keeping/maintenance experience preferred • Must have experience using power equipment i.e. leaf blower • Must be able to start working in the early morning hours – 6:00 to 9:00 a.m. • Must speak English • Must be able to pass a background check • Must have reliable transportation and valid insurance. • Must be able to start immediately • Must be comfortable with using and installing a GPS tracking app on your mobile phone or a company provided phone, this will provide the company with confirmation on when you arrive at your job and when you depart.
