fast paced residential property management company looking for part time super/maintenance tech in eden NC. Must have own tools and vehicle and ability to work independently. Ability to show vacant apartments, do inspections on newly vacated apartments, make minor repairs, shovel snow when needed or salt walkways, light plumbing, hvav and electrical. compensation to be discussed. Less than 10 hours per week.
