Job description: Janitor Cleaning window: 5:30pm – 10:00pm Days of the week: Tuesday & Thursday cleaning only Rate of pay: $14.00 Type of employment: Subcontract – 1099 Hours: 6 – 12 per week (will vary based on building size) Immediate start date! Bi-weekly pay! General cleaning duties of building include but not limited to - Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors - Disinfect, sanitize, and restock restrooms - High and low dusting - Clean disinfect offices - Clean up spills - Covid-19 Disinfecting - Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs MUST be able to stand for long periods of time, bend down and lift items Trash removal MUST adhere to the confidentiality clause Transportation REQUIRED Clean background- Background check required.
