Dynasty Properties is currently accepting applications for a Maintenance Tech position at Kingston Green Apartments in Kokomo, IN. The position is full time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Full time employees receive paid holidays, paid vacations, Medical, Dental, Vision, life insurance and short term disability insurance. We offer a competitive wage package that is based on your experience.
Please have the following qualifications and apply in person:
1. Must have a valid drivers license.
2. Must have reliable transportation.
3. Available to work Monday - Friday with rotating on call duties.
4. Must pass a criminal background check.
5. Must have own basic tools. Any specialty tools will be provided by the site.
6. Previous maintenance experience or construction background a huge plus.
**Pay is completely based on experience and can be discussed once an interview is completed.**
