Want to work on Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach? We are the largest luxury vacation rental owner and manager on the Island with over 800 homes. We are expanding our in house maintenance and repair team by as much as 15. We provide vans. Most techs drive their vehicles home at the end of their shifts. We are in need of experienced home maintenance technicians, carpenters, plumbers, electricians and overall solid handymen. Pay $20 to $23 an hour depending on skills and experience. Must pass a driving record and criminal background check We are also looking for five to six PT retired type tradesmen looking to work 3 days a week and more if they want.
