Replace rear bumper cover 2005 Prius

We have a 2005 Prius that has lost its rear bumper cover. Needs bumper cover, and possibly some other hardware. Not necessary to be painted to match. Car is a utility vehicle. I know I can get the cover for around $110 shipped. Would like someone to take a look and give a price for the work and a parts list. See attached pics. Thanks in advance for your interest!
