We are looking for full-service maintenance and preservation companies that can perform work on bank owned homes. Contractor's must have: -Smartphone or tablet with data plan -General Liability Insurance -Valid Driver’s License - Truck *Experience in Property Preservation is a plus but not required *Background checks are required *We pay seven-days after all work order and completed and approved by our client Below are some services that you will provide: -Lock changes-lockboxes -Boarding -Grass cuts -Trash Outs -Initial maid service-re-fresh -Winterizations -tree/shrub trimming -Snow removal If you are interested reply and we will get back to you.
