Male Neutered dog found

Glendale near Linwood, Detroit MI

Description

MALE DOG FOUND 12-26-22 Detroit westside. I got a notification from my security camera, about activity on my porch. When I looked outside, this dog was sitting on my feral cats warming pad. He was shivering and so I let him in the house. I've asked my neighbors nearby and nobody recognizes the dog. I traced his footprints back in the snow away from my porch, It seems he came from out of a car. There are no tracks up and down the sidewalk on either side of the block, only a short distance away from my porch, to where there was a deep fresh snow tracks of what looks to be a bigger vehicle, truck or SUV. He is neutered. Looks to be younger. He is clean. He is very well mannered. He knows all basic commands. He is well fed. He does not beg for food. He does not get on the furniture. **He does smell like straw, like he was staying outside in a dog shelter.** Came to my door on Glendale st. Near Linwood, 48238. I have not checked for micro chip yet. I will be contacting a vet tomorrow. (I have already tried posting on for the love of Louie, and for what reason I do not know, it will not let me post it there.) I cannot keep him long. Please reach out if you can foster. Thank you.
