Looking to hire a full time maintenance worker who will be performing maintenance work in a few apartment complexes in the North East section of Philadelphia. Work load includes light plumbing/boiler and electrical repairs, drywall repairs, painting and overall upkeep of the buildings. Experience and a vehicle is a must.
