ESSENTIONAL FUNCTIONS: Perform duties to troubleshoot and maintain hot tubs in DFW Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to homes and perform scheduled maintenance repairs Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments Assist with performing regular preventive maintenance in homes and properties on an as needed basis Perform general hot tub maintenance/arrival audits prior to owner or guest arrivals Perform general hot tub maintenance/departure audits upon owner or guest departure Maintain detailed records of service performed on all hot tubs Responsible for recording and keeping logs of the pH levels in each hot tub Participate in snow and ice removal around the managed properties, hot tub areas, and around the office Record billable items and hours to be billed to guests and/or owners for work orders EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED: Previous experience in a similar role Working knowledge of hot tub and spa systems Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team Valid driver's license with good driving record (Will be utilizing company vehicle) Ability to lift 75 lbs. and be active for up to 85% of the workday DESIRED: Hot Tub Certification Experience in the hospitality industry EMAIL RESUME !!
