Wanted: Susan Tedeschi What we want: A rock/r’n’b group of four strong instrumentalists (drums, bass, guitar, keys) is looking for a strong female lead singer. Who we are: We have years of experience, with contacts throughout the DMV. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’re really good. Two of us sing – leads and harmonies. Two of us live in Maryland, two in NoVa. We rehearse (usually) in Silver Spring, but other options exist. Who you are: A woman with a strong lead voice, an ear for harmonies and the confidence to front a band. What we play: Tedeschi Trucks Band, Bonnie Raitt, Aretha, Little Feat, Steely Dan, the Wood Brothers, Lake Street Dive, etc. We are also very open to new material you’ll bring into the fold. What do you do now? To reply to this ad, PLEASE HAVE VIDEO OR AUDIO CLIPS OF YOUR VOCAL PERFORMANCES. (Sorry, but I’ve done this auditions process before, and without clips it just doesn’t work.)
