Whitaker Properties is a 41 year old company seeking a person to perform supervising of maintenance and construction rehabing of 200 units. This could transfer to supervising of all general day to day maintenance of 600 plus units. This is a working supervising position. The position will entail creating material lists, supervising rehab sub contract crews, ordering parts and any other items needs to complete a unit for inspection. Detailing is a must.
