We are looking for a part time facility person who can help with custodial/maintenance and delivery. Hours are 8 a.m to 2pm. M,W,F. Should have clean driving record as work will involve some delivery and pickup to different locations Duties will include general help with building maintenance, restroom maintenance, parking lot maintenance, simple repairs including painting, light carpentry, changing faucet washers, lawncare, changing light bulbs, floor cleaning, and assisting wherever else assistance is needed in our facility. .
